What access do you need?
Read access to the source code, a copy or read access to the database structure, and information about the server or hosting. We do not need to change anything in production for the review.
Will the review affect our live system?
No. The Health Check is a review, not a change. We work from the code, a database copy and the server configuration.
How is the scope and price agreed?
After a short conversation about the system, we agree the scope and the price upfront, before any work starts.
Do we have to continue with you after the Health Check?
No. The report is yours to use with any developer or team. Many clients continue with a takeover or maintenance, but there is no obligation.
Our system is not CodeIgniter. Is that a problem?
No. We review custom PHP applications and other frameworks too. CodeIgniter 2 and 3 are a specialization, not a requirement.
